Christmas Adventure … Stockeld Park, Wetherby

Meet Santa and his Reindeer and maybe win a sleigh ride.

On Saturday 13th & 14th November 2010, Santa and his Reindeer are having a sleigh parade at The Christmas Adventure, Stockeld Park, near Wetherby in Yorkshire.

After a 4000 mile long journey from the North Pole, Santa and his Reindeers will enjoy a leisurely sleigh parade on Saturday and Sunday. After saying a few hello’s and ho-ho-ho’s, and he will make himself at home in his favourite grotto where he will be in residence until Christmas Eve.

Santa’s magnificent grotto includes a brilliant interactive area, where children can have fun playing with wall games while they await their turn.

As they approach the magnificent grotto, children can also sit in Santa’s very own sleigh which is parked outside, while they wait for the candy stick pillars to flash and the magic door to open, as soon as it is their turn to enter.

Last year the elves helped Santa extend his grotto. In addition to his parlour and living room, he also has a cosy snug where he can meet and greet, and give out presents.
