Lincoln Christmas Market
Running for 26 years with over 300 stalls, this is the largest Christmas market in the UK. Visitors can find handcrafted goods, locally-produced foods and entertainment, against the backdrop of Lincoln’s cathedral and castle.

Birmingham Frankfurt Christmas Market

Now in its eighth year, the Frankfurt Market is the centrepiece of Birmingham’s annual Christmas calendar, and is expected to attract more than two million visitors during its six-week run.

Winter Wonderland, Hyde Park, London

Around 50 wooden chalets selling festive goods and German food, at an event which also hosts fun fair rides, an observation wheel and Europe’s largest outdoor ice rink.

Belfast Christmas Continental Market

The City Hall gardens are transformed into a bustling Alpine village with live music, fire-eating and a big wheel. Stallholders come from all over Europe, including Russia and Finland.

Cologne Christmas Market, Southbank Centre, London

An authentic market with more than 40 stalls, located along the Queen’s Walk between the London Eye and Royal Festival Hall. The centrepiece is a traditional carousel.

Leeds Christkindelmarkt

Over 30 wooden chalet stalls with German traders selling handcrafted toys, jewellery, Christmas cards and festive decorations, as well as such delicacies as gluhwein, bratwurst, stollen and gingerbread.

Chester Continental Christmas Market

Stallholders create a genuine European atmosphere. Products on sale include traditional Dutch handcrafted leather goods such as bags, belts and purses.

Bath Christmas Market

Now into its eight year, Bath’s Christmas Market, set in front of Bath Abbey, has 123 stallholders selling a huge range of produce, gifts, jewellery, crafts and toys.

Lightwater Shopping Village Dickensian Festival, North Yorkshire

As well as crafts, jewellery and toys this festival also has a wide range of North Yorkshire produce, ranging from wines and beers to pies, meats and cheeses.

Glasgow Traditional Christmas Market

Located on Argyle Street and St Enoch Square, Glasgow’s market hosts a selection of Continental and Scottish stallholders.
