MUFC Santa Fun Run 2012

Join Ryan Giggs for a festive family day out!

This year’s Santa Run has been confirmed for Sunday 2nd December and The Christie charity is looking for supporters and their families to join in the festive fun and don your best Santa suit to raise vital funds for our cause.

There will be a 2km family fun run starting at 11.30am, this year kicked off by Manchester United legend Ryan Giggs. The fun run is one for all the family as you make your way around the stadium, down the players’ tunnel and along the world famous Old Trafford pitch. This is followed by a Serious Santa’s Run of 5km starting at 12.30pm which takes in some of Manchester’s most iconic landmarks including the ImperialWarMuseum and The Lowry before retuning to the stadium to go pitch-side.

On the day, there will be plenty of entertainment for the whole family including Manchester United Foundation’s Youth Choir and brass band playing all your favourite festive tunes and you can also visit Santa in his grotto to receive an early Christmas gift!

All for a good Claus!

This year any money you raise will be helping to provide important rehabilitation services for our young patients to enable them to regain independence and help them adjust to their life after a diagnosis of cancer. The money you raise will make a huge difference to patients and their families, so thank you for your support.

Santas at the ready!
