Dress up and run as Rudolph in Epilepsy Action’s very own 5km family festive fun run starting and finishing in Roberts Park, Saltaire.

Santa Dash 2012
Following on the success of our first ever Santa Dash last year, we are pleased to repeat it in Clitheroe and introduce it for the first time to Darwen.
Whichever Dash you choose, you are guaranteed to start the festive season with a swing with the sight of hundreds of Santas and reindeers dashing through the streets.
With the lights switch on and firework display in Darwen and Nativity Parade in Clitheroe you can also enjoy the sounds of the Christmas Choirs singing and lots of festive food and drink.
Don’t forget the shopping ‘til late. In addition to having fun, the objective is to raise as much money as possible for East Lancashire Hospice by running, jogging or walking – the choice is yours.
All entrants will receive a Santa suit with our younger supporters under the age of 12 years receiving a pair of reindeer antlers instead.

STEP INTO CHRISTMAS WITH THE WAKEFIELD HOSPICE SANTA DASH!
Join in some festive fundraising by taking part in our annual Santa Dash event at Pugneys on Sunday 2nd December 2012 at 10.30am.
Run, jog, walk, stroll or jingle your way round Pugneys lake (approx 2.5km/1.5miles) in aid of the hospice. We’ll supply you with a Santa hat but you can come in any festive costume you like! The route is pram and wheelchair friendly and is open to all ages and abilities.
Last year was our biggest dash to date with 240 Santa’s taking part and raising over £4,000 for the hospice. We hope to build on that this year, to raise even more much needed funds. So sign up today and encourage family and friends to join in too.
Once you complete the dash you will be presented with a Santa Dash certificate and if you can raise £25 or more in sponsorship then we will send you a special Santa medal!
Registration for the event is: £3.00 for children and £6.00 for Adults
Please be aware that Under 14s must be accompanied by an adult.

Fee: This event has a registration fee of £8 for entrants 9 years and over and £5 for entrants 8 years and under. All entrants will receive a free Santa suit to keep and some refreshments..

This year the Santas are massing in Gloucester for a red white and bearded dash around Gloucester Park- and you can join them! The run starts at 11.30am on Sunday 2 December and is just over a mile long. For those too full from mince pies and milk, there is a shorter route available.

Santa Fun Run & Walk

The 5th annual Santa Fun Run & Walk took place along Eastbourne Seafront on Sunday 4th December last year.
Santa’s of all ages were seen “Jingling all the Way” along the 3 mile route from the Sovereign Centre to Holywell Tea Chalet where they were rewarded with a hot drink and a mince pie.
Everyone taking part in this fun Christmas event receives their own Santa Suit to wear on the day and keep as well.
Don’t miss out on this great chance to get in the Christmas spirit and help raise funds for a very good cause!
South Manchester Santa Dash
Give Rudolf a rest and enjoy a festive run for the whole family.
Kick off your Christmas celebrations and raise money for the Red Cross at the first ever South Manchester Santa Dash in Didsbury. Don’t worry if eating too many mince pies has left you a bit out of shape – you can take this challenge at your own pace.
What’s it like?
Hundreds of runners will be given Santa suits before pulling on a white moustache and beard and running, walking, toddling or crawling for two laps of Fog Lane Park.
Fundraisers will be rewarded with a medal for finishing the race. Youngsters at the event can even get a present from Santa – as long as they’ve been good.
